Authorization to the Use
of the Higan 2007
Material Protected by
Copyright
Inartis S.r.l. , owner
of the rights to use the
attached material
identified as the “Higan
2007 Materials Packet
authorizes a non
exclusive, revocable
right to use the graphic
material, logos,
pictures, photos,
documents and trade
marks; these rights are
limited only to the
material in the “Higan
2007 Materials Packet”.
The authorization is
given only with the
purpose that the
material be used to
describe the Higan 2007
project and event. Any
other use of the
material is forbidden,
as for example:
modification,
publication, diffusion
and/or transmission,
sale, or production of
works deriving from the
material.
The authorization can be
revoked at any time by
sending a simple
written communication,
also by e-mail.
The use of the material
in the “Higan 207
Materials Packet” is
dependent on the
acceptation of the
following conditions:
The graphic material,
texts or any other image
cannot be modified; in
every case the material
shall be used in the
form it is; we reserve
all rights in the
graphic material, texts,
any other image, brands
and trade marks and all
other rights on the
intellectual properties.
By no means does the
present authorization to
use materials originate
a partnership,
association in the
participation, agency,
franchisee, sale
representation, employ
relationship or give the
authority to make or
accept any offer or
representation or make
statements in our name.
Any use of the material
shall clearly specify a
reference to the event
Higan 2007 and mention
the official internet
website www.higan.com .
Without the explicit
written agreement by
Inartis S.r.l. the
authorization to use the
material shall be denied
in the case it is stated
that Higan is selling or
promoting goods or
services, or Higan is
related to any of the
following words:
partner, associated,
branch, retailer,
alliance, or other words
which could lead to
mistaking Higan with any
other initiative,
commercial and
non-commercial, and
which contains wrong
interpretations,
exaggeration of the
commercial terms, or of
the descriptions related
to Higan.
The material is supplied
“as is” without implicit
or explicit warranties
of any kind, including
but not limited to,
warranties of title or
silent commercial
warranties, or
suitability to any
particular purpose.
Inartis S.r.l. reserves
the right to take legal
action against people or
agencies which do not
conform to the present
conditions. This
authorization shall
always accompany the
“Higan 2007 Materials
Packet”. This
authorization is ruled
by the Italian law and
has the jurisdiction of
Padova as a competent
court.
